Resource
Our La Bolsa deposit has excellent logistics, access and metallurgy. It has significant potential for growth and development into a low capital cost, low cost producer for Minefinders.
The existing resource base, established in 1998, includes 208,000 ounces of gold and 2.1 million ounces of silver at a 0.3 gpt gold only cutoff. As the Dolores mine moves into production in 2008, drilling will recommence at La Bolsa to provide material for additional metallurgical work.

The deposit is a tabular body positioned at a low angle – indicative of a very low strip ratio for the deposit.
Excellent Project Logistics
Located 30 km west of the border city of Nogales Sonora.
Low strip ratio, easy terrain and good accessibility.
Numerous Drill Targets

There is potential to triple the size of La Bolsa resource by drilling open extensions to the east, south and southeast.
Future Opportunity

Further drilling at La Bolsa is required to better understand the size and nature of the resource.
We are planning to evaluate the economics of development as a stand-alone operation of in conjunction with other prospects in the same district. Based on the results of this study, Minefinders will determine whether to proceed with additional drilling.
