Minefinders aims to meet the highest standards with regard to Health and Safety and has developed a policy which is as follows:

• To establish appropriate operational measures to reduce health harm risks
• To establish programs to reduce the risk of accidents for all staff involved in the project
• To provide adequate protective equipment to the staff and all members. The set consists of: helmet, reflective vest, safety glasses and safe footwear.
• To monitor and ensure the compliance of government standards and regulations on safety and industrial hygiene.
• To follow international standards for health and safety with respect to all stakeholders.
