Mark H. Bailey, M.Sc. (Geo), President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Bailey has served as President and CEO of Minefinders since 1995 and has successfully led Minefinders from early stage exploration to gold and silver production. He has over 30 years experience in the mining industry having worked in the areas of exploration, development and management throughout the Americas as well as internationally.
A registered professional geologist in Washington, USA, Mr Bailey has a Master of Science in Geology from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists, Geological Society of America, Northwest Mining Association, B.C. Chamber of Mines and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
In addition to being a director of Minefinders Corporation Ltd., Mr. Bailey also serves as a Director of Dynasty Metals and Mining Inc., Entrée Gold Inc., and Northern Lion Gold Corp.

Laurence Morris, B.Sc. (Hons) Geo., B.Sc. Min. Eng., Vice President, Operations
Laurence Morris is a Geologist and Mining Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the metals and mining business. He has led or been involved in successful mine development and large engineering construction projects in Mexico, Africa, Central America, Asia, the Middle East and Australia. Laurence joined Minefinders in September 2010 and has provided operations leadership that has lead to a significant improvement of the Company's Dolores Mine in less than one year.
Under his stewardship, the addition of a mill at Dolores and a new mine construction project in Mexico are expected to expand Minefinders’ gold equivalent production by 80% to 90% by 2015. Laurence holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Geology and Mining Engineering.

Tench C. Page, M.Sc. (Geo), Vice President, Exploration
Tench Page has been responsible for exploration at Minefinders since 1995. During this period, he has overseen the development of the Dolores Mine from the feasibility stage into production. He is also directly involved in the discoveries and development at the La Bolsa and Planchas de Plata projects.
Throughout his career, Tench has served as the senior geologist or exploration manager with several successful start-up companies as well as major production companies and has over 30 years of exploration and development experience in the mining industry.

Greg D. Smith, B.Comm, C.A., Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Greg Smith was appointed CFO in November 2006 and is responsible for all finance, banking and financial reporting activities as well as establishing compliance protocols in a number of sovereign jurisdictions.
He began his career in the mining group with KPMG LLP and prior to joining Minefinders Greg worked at Goldcorp Inc. where he oversaw the design and implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs.

Thomas Bagan, P.Eng., MBA, Vice President, Corporate Development
Tom Bagan joined Minefinders in August 2010 and advanced the Company’s main expansion projects at Dolores and La Bolsa to positive construction decisions. Tom’s prior experience includes over 30 years of mining in various locations, including North America, Mexico, Australia and West Africa. He has worked for Yamana Gold, Placer Dome Inc., and Ashanti Goldfields.
His background is a combination of corporate development, technical services and project management experience. In particular, Tom has significant underground mining experience which will be of benefit as the Dolores underground development work continues. His primary focus is seeking new opportunities for Minefinders to expand its current portfolio of assets. Tom is a graduate of the Mackay School of Mine at the University of Nevada with a degree in mining engineering, complemented by an MBA from the University of Nevada which he received in 2001.
